what this is really about
We're not looking for an Excel administrator with timing sheets. We're looking for a producer with a pulse, someone who keeps an overview between CDs, print houses, AI pipelines and 14 open Slack threads, and at the end of the day can say: "we're good." You're the all-seeing eye of the Creative Team. You turn briefings into reality. Chaos into a plan. "Won't work" into "works like this."

You translate between worlds: agency ↔ in-house, creative ↔ legal, print ↔ digital, human ↔ machine. And you ship, fast, clean, repeatable.

Your mission
  • Project Ownership: You own large campaign, launch and production projects end-to-end. From briefing through budgeting to the final file handover. Day-to-day examples: campaign rollouts, localisations, sleeve productions, product launches and brand stunts.
  • Production Excellence: Photo and video productions (classic & AI-driven), print productions (Pantone, prepress know-how a plus), digital assets, sell-in materials, POS. You know when a shoot is the right lever, and when an AI pipeline delivers faster, cheaper and at least as well.
  • AI Production: You co-build and run our AI production workflows. You know the tools, you know the limits, you know the costs. You know when Midjourney/Veo/Runway/ElevenLabs make sense, and when they don't. You think in pipelines, not in single tools.
  • Agency & Freelancer Steering: Major agencies, production houses, copywriters, photographers, AI artists, print houses. You brief clearly, negotiate fairly, control cleanly. Your freelancer network is gold, bring it.
  • Cross-Functional Glue: Brand, performance, trade, legal, operations, procurement. You're the person where threads come together, and don't tear apart.
  • Budget & Timing: You build budget models that hold up. You plan timelines that are realistic. You communicate risks before they become problems.
  • Process Building: You optimise workflows, automate the repetitive, and make sure the team delivers faster next time than last time.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 5+ years of experience as a producer / project manager (agency, production house, in-house FMCG/lifestyle/food/tech) with a proven track record on campaigns, shoots and launches.
  • AI Readiness: You actively work with AI tools in production (image, video, voice, copy). You understand prompting, pipelines and post-production. You're not "AI-curious", you're AI-fluent.
  • Print & Digital Production: You know both. Pantone, print files, layer structures, Print View. You're equally at home in digital asset workflows, social cut-downs and performance adaptations.
  • Communication in volatile environments: When the print approval falls apart at 5:43 PM, the CD has a new idea, and legal still has a question, you stay clear, sort, prioritise, communicate. Composure under pressure isn't a bonus, it's the role.
  • Project Management Skills: Asana, Slack, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, your toolkit. Gantt logic in your head, risk management in your sleep.
  • Freelancer Network: You bring solid contacts (producers, photo/video, AI artists, copywriters, post-production). Bonus, not mandatory, but very welcome.
  • Leadership Maturity: First leadership experience or clear potential to mentor juniors and lead a squad of freelancers.
  • Languages: Fluent German & English. Both markets, both tonalities.
  • Driver's licence (Class B). Set visits, print house meetings, sometimes you have to be there.
